    • TIER A – Pickleball/ Fitness center: $40/single, $75/couple – $100 initiation fee (Month to Month)
    • TIER B – Tennis/Pickleball/Pool: $75/person – $150 initiation fee (1 year contract required)
    • TIER C – FULL AMENITY ACCESS
      • $99/single
        $109/couple
        $129/Family
        $300 initiation
